Carl Edward Bouldin (born September 17, 1939 in Germantown, Kentucky) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher who played for four seasons. He pitched for the Washington Senators from 1961 to 1964, playing in 27 career games. He played college baseball and college basketball for the University of Cincinnati. He was a member of the NCAA Championship winning 1960–61 Cincinnati Bearcats men's basketball team.
